Our Talk Show on the 10th turned out to be a winner bar none. So well attended that we had people sitting on the steps as well!
Our host, Karl Jensen excelled himself, as usual, and our guests were the envy of every one of the aviators present with their tales; terrifying conditions ferrying across the Atlantic, of being unable to eject directly from a Vampire, because of the configuration and so on. Plenty of light banter, and jokes were interspersed much to the roars of laughter of our audience
The Bar and refreshments went exceptionally well and the Raffle was completely sold out and won in the end by Val Jensen, with the sale of calendars showing magnificent aircraft from different eras continuing and lots of interest in the African Pilot.
