Since 14 September 2006 you have needed to reserve seats for the monthly Talk Show. We had reached the stage where this had become necessary because of the numbers of people who had been attending each show. As those of you who have attended regularly know all Talk Shows since March 2007 have been over booked and it’s important that the people who have taken the trouble to book their seats well in advance don’t find that they have been displaced by people who have not even bothered to book at all. So to be fair to those who take the trouble to book their seats early we will be allocating seat numbers.
There are 6 Rows with 11 seats across and 1 row (Row G) with 6 seats across at the back. Row – ‘A’ will be the front row and seat number A1 will be the seat on the extreme left facing the staging area. Row ‘G’ will be the short row at the back with 6 seats, number G1 being against the wall and G6 next to the kitchen entrance:

To book:
Send an e-mail to wbmeaa@tiscali.co.za stating your choice of seats and quantity. You will then get a reply e-mail within a day or two confirming that your booking has been made. You will be able to pay for your seats at the door on the night. If your requested seat number has already been reserved by somebody else then seats closest to your requested position will be reserved for you.
We don’t mind a bit of an overflow now because we at least now have an alternative fire escape, but those who have booked in advance should have some way of claiming their rightful seats and not having to stand or sit on the stairs!
Remember the Honour booking system rules. If you book the seats you pay for them even if you don’t turn up. Cancellations will be accepted up to 09h00 on the day before the Talk Show (ie on Wednesday before 09h00)
