On behalf of EAA Chapter 322, the Bloemfontein Flying Club is proud to announce that the annual EAA Sun and Fun fly in will be held at the well known and friendly Tempe Airfield on the 12 to 14 September 2008. The events director is Jack Onderstall, with the able assistance of Johan Naude

We expect to see more than 100 aircraft and all types of flying machines on display. We have 12 manufacturers / representatives that will be attending and 7 vendors that we will place inside a large tent. All the various kit planes / Aircraft will be arranged around this tent. This is the main area where all the display aircraft and vending will take place. This is also the area that Brian Emmenis will be covering to advertise and promote the products, sponsors and services. A steel tower is being erected to provide an ATIS service. (This was kindly provided by Charlie Marais).

We have Snap-On Tools and their mobile tools vending vehicle. This is where the home builders and tool junkies can buy some state of the art devices. Jacques Koekemoer will have Imperial and Metric tools available for purchase.
